The learning experience and the values I have gained while doing the research are also given (Chaudhuri and Dayal 2012). Applying the theory of customer relationship management and critically analysing the projects scope in the research was also a part of the process. The company is an ecommerce established in US and thus it uses its own companys data storage system and software has to develop and use their customers data in the Customer loyalty programs. In this week, I have researched about the company background and what is the market position of the ecommerce industry in global context. In addition, I have decided in the problems in the previous researches done on the Customer relationship management of Amazon and what is the further scope is there in the researches done in the previous proposals. This has helped me in formulating the research problem and has enhanced my strategy building capability by finding out the problem (Caruth 2013). This has also helped in analysing and finding out the problem finding tools and how to use those theories in practical life. In this week, i have developed a research design and planned the blue print of the research methodology. The planning process has helped me in finding out ways that can be adapted to continue the business research (Trainor and Bouchard 2013. From the information that needs to be collected and data that is essential for getting the desired result was crucial earning of this week. This will also help me identifying and coping with complexities that i will face in the further stages of my professional life. In this week, I have searched the scholarly articles and gathered the previous information and data collected and analysed them as per my ability and using different tools that can be used for support of my research(Caruth 2013). This will help me in future organisation to enhance my ability to take perspectives of different kind of people. This will also help me in managing the perspectives and enriching my perspective taking values further. This week was utilised in getting supportive information in my data collection tool of Microsoft excel. This will give me support in my future for the duty of doing market research. This has also opened my reach to certain segment of people in the country. Different demography of people who are the customers of recent ecommerce companies have been my research participants. Facing different people and questioning them have enhanced my ability to increase my acute sense of derivation. This week I have researched on the qualitative method of research, designed my research objective and scope of my research, and organised the whole process of the journal. This will help in my organisation skills and enhance my management ability to handle different type of data in my future organisation (Chaudhuri and Dayal 2012). This research has both qualitative and quantitative method of research, which will help me in identifying the sources of data collection. The knowledge interviews, that I have taken in this weeks process will help me in getting the different socialising method and have given me insights in interview process (ali? and Bulkan 2015). This has helped in observing and identifying different method to understand different point of view of people. This week I have taken different self-teaching qualitative tools and software. Came to know how to use those tools. Like Microsoft excel, SPSS. This different statistical analytical tools and how to use those software with the help of self-building databases. This will help in future to handle databases of an organisation and how to conclusion from those databases. Applying theory of customer relationship management in real Time data gathered for this research was evitable for the project (Kratochwill 2013). This week I have used those theories and applied in my research. The method of application has taught me to increase my application ability of theories I have learnt during my classes. This week I have learnt how to customise data accordingly the requirement. The incorporation of the data collection, personal data storage, making a repository for further usage and building a full-customised software system is a part of their relationship management system (Berger 2015). The effectiveness of the research in my learning experience is also discussed in the report. This week I have researched about the changes the system, Amazon has gone through. There customer relationship programs and linking that with the Alibabas program have given me certain perspectives and different methods of customer relationship programs that are similar in nature. This has also enhanced my industry analysis capability and improvising my evaluation method. This week I have conducted the research on the analysis of the customer satisfaction. This has also helped me in reviewing the possible conclusion that can be drawn from the data gathered. The literature review that have been concluded in the research are analysed by secondary data analysis method. Thus, it will help me in future by pinpointing, examining and selecting accurate data from the results that are available in the society (Han, Pei and Kamber 2012). These last week of my business research I have learnt to how to structure and draw content analysis and conclusion and give individual recommendation as per my analysis form the report (Manabe et al. 2014). Conclusion While conducting the research journal I have used the Assessment 1 and Assessment 2 of the entire business report.
